Work with business leaders, business analysts, and technical team members to validate business requirements and assure alignment to global design models. You will provide inputs to Honeywell IT strategy, and provide functional oversight on multiple projects to assure the analysis, design, implementation and testing of applications are done in a highly effective way, using appropriate tools and methods. You oversee and assure system design and configuration are executed efficiently and correctly. You support technical skill building to enable complex system deployments and optimum performance.

As a Site IT Champion, an individual will be the face of CORP IT at the site interfacing with Site leadership and their teams. This is an amazing opportunity to learn about the overall site IT and its challenges.

The scope of work for the site IT champion will be:

• As an onsite IT Champion, you’ll be part of Site weekly Staff meetings and in constant connection to strengthen the ISC – IT relationships
• Enhance & Deliver IT Communications to the Site leadership and Train Site teams on IT Processes
• Support in keeping Site IT-related Documentation life
• Problem-solving by Triaging IT experts from various streams
• Supporting IT initiatives/ programs targeted for the site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing expertise to support the realization and design of the Logistics functionality.
• Responsible for collaborating with Senior leaders, Enterprise Architecture, security, and service owners across ISC to drive projects
• Configuring, enhancing, and designing ERP and various ISC systems to meet the business requirements
• Discuss and agree to integration points with other services/functional teams
• Requirements gathering with the business for new development deliverables, testing of the development deliverables, business project team training on the newly developed deliverables
• Partnering closely with the SBU and Business Deployment teams for each project. The role will also require close coordination with other functional teams to aid the overall project to achieve the tasks necessary in meeting business requirements
• Working together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices. In close co-operation with the business functional teams, help drive the process standardization governance process
• Ability to travel as required, up to 25% depending on project needs
