Summary:

Performs diversified, complex administrative assignments associated with policies and procedures, budgets, appropriations, expenditures, creation and compilation of reports, and special projects.May be responsible for specific information systems within the division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
  • Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing, and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations
  • Develops, revises, and maintains divisional procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinates activities with other organizations ensuring requirements are incorporated
  • Coordinates day-to-day system operations and resolves operating problems and errors
  • Provides training and guidance to others working on the reporting systems
  • Compiles, develops, coordinates, monitors, and maintains financial and budgeting reports
  • Provides varying degrees of computer system expertise and support
  • Serves on various committees and task forces as assigned
  • Collects verifies and inputs data to support administrative plant systems
  • Assist teams and management as necessary to accomplish division/department objectives
  • May perform other duties as required
  • Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment.Takes actions necessary to ""stop"" work when an unsafe condition or action is identified.Every employee has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions are identified
