Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Building Technologies. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES

·Optimize and maintain gas, steam, and diesel turbine generator sets

·Upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot variable frequency drives for 13.8 kV and 4160V motors

·Upgrade and maintain medium voltage breakers and switchgear

·Monitor and optimize large-scale HVAC systems

·Analyze real-time data through the SCADA system to optimize performance of the facility

·Maintain systems with a strict adherence to the operating budget

·Implement new technologies to replace obsolete systems

·Interface with and manage vendors

·Manage capital projects from design phase to completion

·Assess job hazards and procedures for lock-out, tag-out program
