Be part of a senior engineering management team developing and implementing processes and products to sustain Honeywell's growth in the marketplace. You will strategically plan and lead large teams involved in major programs and critical technical initiatives. You will work effectively across geographical boundaries and act as a change agent. You will analyze the market for competitive intelligence information and develop new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of HBT’s Building of the Future architecture
• Engage with external customers and internal development teams to capture requirements for the platform
• Work with external partners, internal platform teams and other building architects to select technologies for the implementation of the vision
• Map the vision to detailed architecture backlogs across multiple Agile development teams
• Track and manage progress towards the architecture vision in alignment with product roadmaps and requirements
• Help teams to adopt new platform architectures and technologies via hands-on coding of proof-of-concepts and assistance with development of initial usage across embedded and cloud
• Work with teams to identify and bring visibility to architecture risks, issues, and dependencies
• Cultivate and sustain effective partnerships between cross-functional teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and good practice sharing between HBT architects including mentoring and coaching
• Be abreast of the latest trends in technology, understand competition and market for HBT domain
