As the Business Analyst for LST Naphtha – Refining Adsorbents, you will provide a vital supporting role in delivering growth in key business KPI's while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on development of tools/strategies/metrics to provide key data/conclusions to the Offering Manager of Isom/Refining Adsorbents and Senior Business Leader of Naphtha. You will be working with R&D, integrated supply chain, manufacturing, technical services, and finance. You will gain knowledge of customer value equations & driving NPI products & offerings. You will learn the Refining Adsorbents business and other Naphtha technologies and be able to progress into roles of increasing responsibility in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

● Developing and maintaining reload histories to facilitate proactive opportunity generation
● Tracking wins and losses to drive regional pricing and new product development
● Tracking addressable market for all products to highlight potential growth areas
● Managing plant trial and tolling logistics to expand capacity and product robustness
● Managing material and pricing records (SAP, SFDC, etc) to drive better pricing and facilitate productive discussions with the Customer Service Organization (CSO)
● Supporting the entire Naphtha business with future needs to drive growth and productivity
