Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

Key Responsibilities

·requirements analysis

·requirements decomposition

·systems design

·model based development system design

·systems integration

·systems validation & verification

·project oversight

·project coordination

·budget/schedule responsibility

·Provide work direction and support for other engineers and technicians

·Experience working in radiation environments, radiation facilities, and dosimetry systems to include prompt dose, total dose, neutron, proton and heavy ion

·Determine and specify space environments for systems, subsystems and components

·Understand space environment interactions with spacecraft components and materials.

·Assist with requirements analysis and parts selection recommendations (eg. SCD’s, PAR’s).

·Prepare test reports, present results and achieve customer approvals.

·Experience with a majority of the following: TID, LDRS, DDD, SEE, SEU, SEL, SEB/SEGR, SET, RLAT

·Experience in planning and execution of RLAT, SEE, and FXR tests on components and subsystems

·Experience in using one or more radiation transport analysis (eg. GEANT4, MCNPX, NOVICE) or radiation effects testing
