Lead a team of Polebased business managers and provide guidance to development engineering ProductManagers to ensure effective development and deployment of Workforce Excellence(WE) products and solutions. As a senior leadership member of LSS (LifecycleServices and Solutions), you work autonomously to achieve the WE growthobjectives through multiple programs’ solution development, execution of scope,schedule, cost, delivery, and quality while demonstrating mastery of programmanagement skills and broad management expertise across various disciplines andacross the Process Solutions (HPS) business. You will be accountable to leadmultiple complex, global development programs that will span several majordomestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technologydevelopment and production across locations. You will manage a WE Team of bothdirect and matrix staff and provide program guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Workforce Excellence to become a key contributor to the LSS business $100M by 2025.
• Developing the vision and tactics to achieve strategic plan objectives.
• Manage a proforma P&L for WE
• Maintain an insatiable curiosity for the marketplace and work with development team and key business leaders across the company to bring technology developments to market enhancing our offering.
• Lead the customer relations with key customers in the WE space developing executive sponsorship.
• Develop strategic partnerships with other vendors in the space that complement Honeywell’s offering whilst also identifying potential acquisition targets
