As a Technical Writer, you will own delivery of end-user documentation for our software products. You will partner with product management, development, quality engineering, customer support, and professional services stakeholders to deliver quality documentation that enhance the experience of our customers. This role requires excellent written and spoken communication skills. We need someone who is highly collaborative, passionate about producing user-friendly technical content, and comfortable with gaining hands-on experience of complex technical software.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview product managers and engineers to gather information for end-user documentation content.
• Analyze user stories, research complex technical material, and break it down into concise, easily understandable text and illustrations.
• Work with software engineers to gain hands-on user knowledge of our products.
• Author clear, accurate, and complete technical content for user documents, configuration documents, release notes, and others.
• Develop content that adheres to defined style and structure standards; and perform peer reviews of other writers’ work when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
