The Callidus Licensing Manager organization serves as a pivotal partner to the Business, collaborating to provide a vehicle to realize Callidus Licensing strategies and drive growth.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and take on the role of Callidus Licensing Manager. This position will play a critical role in working closely with existing and new external 3^rd Party Callidus Licensors and the Honeywell regional sales and aftermarket teams to drive the Callidus product licensing pipeline and cultivate, negotiate, and execute product licensing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the Callidus portfolio and strategies relating to burner and flare technologies that can be licensed and the relationship Honeywell has with current and potential future external 3^rd Party Licensees.
• Lead all aspects of Callidus licensing opportunities – prioritizing high impact projects, driving diligence, negotiating with buyer to close opportunities and transitioning assets to new buyers.
• Collaborate closely with UOP Process Technologies to select appropriate Callidus burners and position them for later equipment supply.
• Meet the Licensing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP commitments by directly driving the execution of licensing opportunities.
