As a Sr Quality Control Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our Aerospace Technologies business unit. You will lead a team of quality control professionals and implement processes and procedures to maintain and improve product quality. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our quality control operations.
You will report directly to our Senior Plant Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Aerospace Technologies business unit by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in our quality control processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop a team of quality control professionals and provide guidance and support
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Interact with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts to address quality issues; Implement corrective actions so that systems and processes are in line with overall company strategy and quality policy
• Manage and complete internal and external quality assurance audits
• Responsible for ensuring quality site goals are met and align with overall ISC strategy
