The Sr. Manager,Customer Supply Chain Operations is responsible for driving the growth anddelivery output for multiple customer accounts on the ATR and BGA side. Youwill be an individual contributor and will be required to collaborateextensively with multiple functions, including operations, materials,procurement, ISC engineering, and customer business teams. The leader will workclosely with the various Directors and Customer Operations managers who supportthe various customers. You will be responsible for delivery execution,ISC growth, and delivery performance on the avionics parts out of Olathe. Youwill be responsible for communication and report outs to Honeywell leadershipand in some instances externally to the customers, with a high level ofexecutive-level visibility.

This role requires thatyou be located in the Charlotte, Atlanta, Phoenix or Olathe, KS area and you will bereporting directly to the Sr. Dir Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations –Aero.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and build effective global teams to execute supply chain procedures and process and ensure customer needs are heard and met
• Manage and control cost and maximize productivity across multiple site locations globally
• Maintain and control inventory levels
• Ensure projects are resourced properly
• Provide support to Integrated Supply Chain sites
• Track performance and drive recovery of supply chain metrics for customer
• Identify risks, issues, anddependencies
