Honeywell's Environment and Infrastructure team is looking for a highly qualified Mechanical Piping Engineer, in our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO location.
Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship
Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance
Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position
Travel Required: Some travel required - 20%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design piping systems for capital projects
Perform piping stress analysis and equipment interface load calculations
Engage with suppliers and sub-contractors to execute piping system design
Collaborate with scientists & engineers in a cross functional team environment
U.S. Citizenship is required due contractual requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
Non-Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: 92,800. - $139,000.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
5 years of piping/design experience
Knowledge of ASME piping (B31.3) and pressure vessel (Section VIII) codes
ship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer certification, or ability to obtain one within a year
Experience with cryogenic systems
Experience with stress (CEASER II) and FEA analysis software
Experience with equipment layout and 3D modeling
Experience with construction supervision
