You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost, and so on) in the ISC repair and overhaul (R&O) organization. You will manage a team that supports R&O, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, induction, R&O, remanufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering

Lead a team of supervisors and professionals who are manufacturing Honeywell's world-class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production teams. Manage the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions within Honeywell. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell’s production facilities. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high-impact business results.
