The Project Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Honeywell Project Managers (PM) in the successful implementation of Energy Projects by coordinating and monitoring on-site work activities performed primarily through subcontractors. This position will assist with the management of the overall relationship with the customer including technical or logistical issues that may arise with the implementation of the project plan. Primary function will be to interface with the Project Manager and customer to manage subcontractors efficiently and effectively complete the project on time and with a satisfied customer. Good communication skills are required as this individual will have interaction with the Project Manager, subcontractors, the owner’s representative and ultimately the facility operators. This position will require a good understanding and knowledge of construction and construction activities. This person will be required to read and interpret blueprints and understand trade terms and industry standards. Microsoft Project will be utilized to track construction progress and to accurately forecast revenue for the job. Key Responsibilities
