Positionoverview:
As a Project Manager you will beresponsible for overseeing emissions projects all over the globe that driverevenue. These projects are associated with capital projects for construction andenergy infrastructure.

You will be in a visible position andwill require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all of thesegroups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supportedand therefore require a vast knowledge across various business practices.

This role is crucial in ensuring that the projectsare completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, timeline, and resource requirements for the emissions products. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, regulatory bodies, team members, and executives, to keep them informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the project's success. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams from different departments, such as engineering, research and development, marketing, and sales, to integrate their expertise into the projects.
  • Review all job contract documents.
  • Implement and monitor project schedules
  • Maintain project meeting minutes and distribution
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance.
  • Assemble project closeout documents and warranties.
  • Facilitate flow of paperwork, manage collection and submission of documents
  • Manage procurement of 3rd party equipment and services
