Asa Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein overseeing and coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure efficientproduction and adherence to quality standards. You will lead a team oftechnicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet productiongoals and deliver high-quality products to our customers. You will reportdirectly to our Quality Engineering & Support Operations Manager, and willwork on site at our Minneapolis, MN location. In this role, you will impact the success of our quality operations byproviding leadership and technical expertise to ensure smooth productionprocesses and timely delivery of products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure efficient productionand adherence to quality standards
• Leador collaborate with a team of technicians to provide guidance and support toensure smooth production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, qualityassurance, and receiving inspection to meet production goals and deliverhigh-quality products
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet customerdemands
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity andefficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations, safety regulations, and companypolicies
• Jobis on-site and not eligible for hybrid work schedule
