Asa Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist hereat Honeywell Aerospace, you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chaininitiatives within the aerospace industry. Your responsibilities will encompassoverseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning andexecution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams isintegral to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your strongknowledge of aerospace supply chain processes, including procurement, planning,logistics, and inventory management. Your analytical expertise will be key indissecting supply chain data and metrics to unearth trends, risks, andoptimization opportunities specific to the aerospace industry. The developmentand maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets will be under yourpurview, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, andregulatory requirements.
You will report directly to our Director, Materials Management and you willwork out of our Phoenix location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Align aerospace supply chain projects with the overall organizationalstrategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to theachievement of broader business goals within the aerospace industry.
• Lead Clear to Build (CTB) and manage end-to-end aerospace supply chainprojects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
• Proactively identify and assess potential risks in aerospace supply chainprojects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions anddelays specific to the aerospace industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvementopportunities within the aerospace supply chain.
• Implement best CTB practices specific to aerospace supply chain management toenhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the aerospace industry.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the aerospace industryto measure the success and impact of aerospace supply chain projects, regularlyreporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Explore and leverage emerging technologies specific to the aerospace industryto enhance aerospace supply chain processes, integrating digital solutions forimproved visibility, automation, and efficiency within the aerospace industry.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive CTB project plans, timelines, and budgetsspecific to aerospace supply chain projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatoryrequirements specific to the aerospace industry throughout aerospace supplychain project execution.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with aerospace industrystakeholders, providing regular updates on aerospace supply chain projectstatus, challenges, and successes.
