The main function of this position is to provide configure,deploy and upgrade workstations/servers to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to thetechnical delivery turn key solutions. These customers will have variousproducts installed that fall into the – HVAC, automation controls, life safety,fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computersystems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

The salary for this position is $83,800 - $115,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety offactors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Can independently troubleshoot and repair complex building automation, fire alarm, access control security and video analytics systems proprietary to Honeywell.
• Perform Windows Server system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches
• Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer
• Programming includes SQL databases, EBI’s and Graphics Front End Command and Control software.
• Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of the customers (may need to possess certifications)
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
• Security and other clearances as required by customer
• This is a travelling field service engineer position based in the Sacramento area
