Responsibilities
- Build or elevate brand presence in the hospitality industry of Honeywell's position in the industry and new solution offerings
- Effectively prioritize and respond to inbound leads or customer requests for information
- Assist with order processing while setting customer expectations
- Utilize pipeline lead data to target / cold call potential customers
- Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization, specifically sales and operations
- Understanding of INNCOM Direct and solution offerings as well as the hospitality industry
- Understanding of all Honeywell policies and procedures
YOU MUST HAVE
- Three years' experience in inside sales / field sales
- Two years' experience in segment / channel sales
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in business management or other relevant discipline
- Proficiency in Challenger methodology
- Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently
- Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
- Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas / targets
- Prior industry experience
