Gold Standard Service Company is seeking a Food Service Master Technician to provide service to the Richmond, VA, area. This role comes with a $2000 sign-on bonus. The role of the Food Service Master Technician is to offer repair, maintenance, and service support for various equipment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. The Food Service Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs and replacements, and ensuring the proper functioning and safety of the equipment. In addition, the Food Service Master Technician will manage a team of Junior Technicians and offer support and supervision. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 out of 4 CFESA certifications
• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices
• Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Other certifications, licenses, and trade skills are a plus

Salary: $35 to $45 / hr
