Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Finance Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location.

As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be in a key position responsible for leading a team analysts to drive business processes and key initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of finance analysts that perform Order Entry and monthly invoicing process
• Drive team performance to maintain successful execution of Invoicing Key performance indicators
• Team with cross-functional partners to develop production forecasts, analyze what-if scenarios, identify risks and opportunities
• Identify areas to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive execution of Government billing process
• Forecast and analyze monthly Cash to Collections metrics, inclusive of unbilled and past due receivables
• Review Journal Entries and Reserve Analysis driving accurate and timely financials
