An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Director in the UOP business supporting the UOP Process Technologies (UPT) business located in Des Plaines, IL. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the UPT and Projects & Execution leadership teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management for the currently $1B UPT business. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.
