As an FP&A Director in the Smart Energy & ThermalSolutions (SETS) business unit at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role indriving financial planning and analysis activities. You will be responsible forproviding strategic financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and financialreporting to support business decision-making. Your expertise in financialanalysis and planning will contribute to the success and growth of ourbusiness. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financialperformance and strategic direction of the SETS business unit.

You will report directly to our SETS CFO and work out ofHouston, TX Industrial Automation Headquarters on a hybrid work schedule(requiring at least 3 days per week in-office).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for theSETS business unit
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendationsto support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
