Honeywell is hiring a Commercial Excellence Director - Tools & Analytics to sit in Phoenix, AZ. As the Commercial Excellence Director - Tools & Analytics at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in drivingdata-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support businessgrowth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading ateam of analytics professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams,developing analytical models, and delivering actionable insights.

Designing and deliveringreports, dashboards, and visualizations will be another important aspect ofyour role. You will utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicateinsights to stakeholders, making complex data more accessible and understandable.This will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions based on the insightsprovided.

You will report directly toour VP Commercial Excellence, and you will work out of our Sky Harbor office. In this role, you will impact the organizationby driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights tosupport business growth and operational excellence. Your leadership andexpertise will contribute to driving data-driven decision-making and providingvaluable insights to support business growth and operational excellence atHoneywell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Domain of Salesforce.com including prioritizing break fixes and enhancements to support sale and functional teams of CRM.
  • Lead a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to develop sales & pricing tools analytics to support business initiatives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where analytics can provide valuable commercial insights
  • Develop and implement analytical models and methodologies to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and data science, and identify opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the analytics process
  • Manage and prioritize multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data availability, accessibility, and quality for analytics purposes
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the analytics team
