This role directly reports to the Enterprise Operations Manager and operates as part of a global operations services team. The candidate should have strong customer service skills, maintain close relationships with other departments, and be capable of configuring and maintaining the business's underlying hardware and software components.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assume a proactive leadership role in assigned projects ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
•Interface directly with the customer focal points to ensure they are well-informed and that their specific expectations and requirements are understood and managed.
•Track and report on results contributing to the KPI Balanced Scorecard. Analyze these results to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
•Oversee remote and site works change management (including services project work, system upgrades, refreshes, and updates) to ensure that approved processes have been followed and successful outcomes achieved.
•Manage effective and efficient scope delivery within budgeted cost allowances and identify scope growth opportunities.
•Ensure that the Project Execution Plan and Program Monthly Reports are delivered promptly.
•Channel Customer issues to the appropriate resource within Honeywell and act as a Customer advocate within Honeywell
•Maintain a tight network with:
oProduct / Service Support Organizations
oManage Security Services
oHCE Cyber Labs / Infrastructure Team
oOperations Managers and FOL
oAccount Manager, and FSM
•Keep technically current with the HPS networking and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated network disciplines
•Maintain cyber security certifications.
•Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc.
•Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
•Oversee Cyber Contract deliverables: installation, upgrades, and migrations.
•Coordinate / Schedule field resources to complete contract deliverables and on-schedule performance.
•Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
•Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications.
•Contribute to the development of the HCE Cyber Offering portfolio.
•Stay updated with the HPS/ Industry Standard networking, cybersecurity, and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge in specific network disciplines.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
•Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of relevant safety certifications.
•Configure and implement Cyber Offering solutions on-site, if needed.
•Obtain new and maintain existing cybersecurity certifications.
•Stay informed about current industry security standards such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc.
•Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most suitable technical solution in a timely manner.
