As the Advanced Hardware Engineer – Mixed Signal Engineer you will use your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineering discipline, processes, and tools to help Honeywell HPS deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers.
As an integral member of Honeywell's team, you'll shape the future of industrial automation, sensing, and control products. From designing to validating, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing innovative solutions from prototype to market. Working alongside a dedicated group of professionals, you'll mentor junior engineers and ensure the success of complex projects. Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure that products meet customer specifications while leveraging your advanced hardware engineering knowledge. KEY RESPONSIBIILITES:
•Lead the planning and execution of project subtasks, encompassing designing, testing, and related activities.
•Collaborate in product and process design and review processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and associates to uphold project and product standards of quality and performance.
•Engage with vendors and suppliers to guarantee product and project excellence in alignment with established standards.
•Establish and adhere to industry best practices for both new and existing designs, fostering innovation and efficiency.
•Identify opportunities for technical enhancements by leveraging advanced electrical engineering knowledge and principles.
•Conduct lab evaluations and perform debug activities, utilizing tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes at board level. Collaborate with the larger development team to implement necessary changes.
•Participate in internal design reviews to ensure compliance with Honeywell's design process and methodology.
•Propose technical improvements and suggest enhancements to drive project advancement and success.
