Join our team as an Entry Level Art Party Associate with Honeybee Arts and unleash your creativity while creating a fun and memorable experience! As an associate, you will have the opportunity to guide participants of all skill levels through an entertaining painting or crafting experience. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, teaching skills, leadership skills, event preparation, and a passion for connecting and creating with diverse groups of people. ***Regular travel is required. Must Be 21 Years or older to apply.***

Responsibilities:

• Work with management and the team to prepare and lead engaging and interactive paint and crafting sessions for groups of varying sizes.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Instruct participants on painting techniques and artistic concepts.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure that each participant can successfully complete their painting or craft.
• Provide face painting services (no experience necessary).
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable expressing their creativity.
• Offer personalized feedback and encouragement to help participants improve their skills.
• Ensure that all necessary art supplies are prepared and available for each session.
• Maintain a clean and organized space.
• Maintain records, track inventory and perform administrative duties.
• Manage time effectively to ensure that each participant completes their painting within the allocated timeframe, as well as set up, clean up and perform other responsibilities within the allocated timeframe.
• Other responsibilities as detailed by management.

Requirements:

• Must drive with your own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel on a regular basis for mobile parties.
• Must provide a link to a portfolio or send photos of recent artwork.
• Driver's License is required.
• Must have open availability and a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call events, as well as weekday, evening and weekend sessions. Full Saturday availability is required.
• Must be a team player with the ability to follow directives.
• Must demonstrate willingness to work toward the growth of the company.
• Prior experience in teaching or instructing art classes is preferred but not required; passion for art is essential.
• Strong artistic skills with proficiency in various painting techniques (acrylic).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to individuals of different skill levels, as well as communicate with management to ensure understanding and facilitation of roles and responsibilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to inspire others in exploring their artistic abilities.
• Patience with participants who have varying abilities and personalities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan for and coordinate events.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions with clients and supervision.
