Honey Sour cultivation is seeking a Cultivation Technician/METRC Administrator to join their team in Bozeman, MT. The Cultivation Technician/METRC Administrator is an essential member of the team and will assist in all areas of the Facility. The Cultivation Technician/METRC Administrator is responsible for administrative support, METRC compliance, accurately and efficiently meeting production goals, and assisting in all areas of the facility as needed.

The primary duties of the Cultivation Technician/METRC Administrator are:

• Ensures accuracy of manifested product from licensed facility
• Accurately enter information into METRC, ensures information is accurate before submitted
• Ensures plants and Marijuana finished products have a METRC generated RFID tag
• Tracks all chemical applications
• Meet daily/weekly production goals and output expectations set forth by the Cultivation Manager
• Performing all assigned tasks in the harvest and post-processing areas, including, but not limited to harvesting, hanging, trimming, packaging, transporting plants and/or materials, preparing rooms, and cleaning
• Providing assistance when needed with transplanting, mixing soil, mixing nutrients, trellising, pruning, and spot check for molds, mildews, pests, and viruses
• Preform all pruning and training needs of the plants
• Preform All spray needs for plants
• Adherence to compliance and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year of experience in cultivation, or comparable experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 of cannabis inventory management experience
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. multiple times daily is necessary
• Positive attitude and outlook
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to perform and complete basic math with 100% accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of sanitization practices in cannabis and ability to implement.
• Ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule based on cultivation needs.
• An independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a Montana CCD Worker Permit.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility

Working Conditions

Employee will work in a greenhouse in Bozeman, MT

• This job position operates in a greenhouse environment where conditions are often hot, humid and bright.
• Variable work environment temperatures affected by outside weather conditions.
• May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, Spray suits and masks.
• Exposure to pollen, allergens, dust, fumes, odors, fungus, pests, chemical pesticides and noise.
• May work physically near others.

Job Type: Full Time

Job Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 decided on interview
