Honey Moon Sweets Bakery in Tempe, AZ is looking for bakers and cake decorators to join our experienced team.
We are looking for energetic, experienced bakery help. We are a high quality, volume baking company that supplies the Valley's top resorts, caterers and restaurants. We specialize in fresh, European style desserts, wedding cakes and specialty cakes. We have a great reputation for 28 years
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and responsible. A good communicator that takes direction well and executes tasks as directed. A solid team player that works well with other team members to produce excellent products for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters, mousse and dough.
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form, croissants, sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures, monitor product, and modify if needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Assist with Cake Decoration.
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
