Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic animal lovers for our mobile events team. Our mobile events team transports farm animals from our farm in Berry, KY to special events all over Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. They set up a safe and attractive animal display, oversee the public's interaction with the animals, lead pony rides, and clean up afterward.

Schedule:

Event days are usually 8-14 hours long. You are paid from the time you arrive at the farm to load your animals, during the drive to and from the event and at the farm afterward. There is sometimes more than one event in a day. Early mornings and late evenings are frequent. You will often work alone, but may sometimes work with an assistant or another supervisor.

This position is flexible. You will choose your own schedule each week based on your availability. We are looking for individuals who would like to work 1-2 days, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday on most weekends. However, the event schedule is not always consistent, and this job should not be counted on as your only income.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience working with animals
-The ability or willingness to learn to drive a truck and stock trailer into a variety of environments
- A positive attitude and great people skills
-Previous experience working with children is a plus
- A clean driving record and background check
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-A professional, family friendly appearance and demeanor

- Excellent judgement and the ability to problem solve and adapt to a variety of circumstances quickly.
- The ability to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions, work long days and lift up to 50lbs.

Location: Our farm is located in Berry, KY, about 45 minutes from Florence, KY and Georgetown, KY and less than an hour from Cincinnati and Lexington. All of our current team members commute for at least an hour and consider it well worth it!
