Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience in guest relations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or special requests
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately using Aloha POS system

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality and food service industry practices
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is preferred
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar software is a plus
