Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate POS system for order processing and payment handling
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Familiarity with hotel or banquet operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills are beneficial
