Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Home Cleaner to join our team. As a Residential Home Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure our clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and floors.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Perform special cleaning tasks as requested by clients.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential cleaner or similar role preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo background checks if required.
