Server

Server guides the guest dining experience in a friendly, positive manner, from start to finish. They provide the guest with Food and Beverage recommendations, and provide an elevated level of service, while helping to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance of our dining room. Wine knowledge and knowledge of fine dining encouraged.

Server Responsibilities

• Help to set and prepare the dining room for service
• Adhere to Nick and Toni's service and knowledge standards
• Guide guest dining experience through knowledge of Steps of Service, Menu, and Beverage offerings
• Contribute to guest acquisition
• Maintain cleanliness in service stations and sweeping/general maintenance of the dining room area
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• General table maintenance, including setting and re-setting of tables
• Aiding in stocking and restocking as needed
• Communicate guest needs to servers, kitchen, and management as needed
• Fulfill all aspects of service
• Complete all side work duties as outlined on side work document

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $450.00 per day
