What it’s like to work with us:

• We book a house cleaning job
• We contact you to see if you’re interested and available to do the job
• If you’re interested and available, we send you an email with the appointment information (i.e., time, location, and a checklist of what the client paid to have cleaned)
• You do the cleaning job
• We send payment to you

We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling, billing the clients, and payment processing fees. You only have to worry about the cleaning. And, you don’t have to pay us anything.

Here are the requirements to work with us:

Have:

• 2 years paid housekeeping experience
• 3 professional references
• Your own transportation and cleaning equipment and supplies
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Be:

• Punctual: Arrive to all appointments within an hour of appointment time
• Professional: Be courteous in all client interactions
• Honest: If you miss a spot, you’ll go back and fix it
• Hard working: Your pride yourself in doing outstanding, detailed work

Be willing to:

• Accept a flat fee per job rather than being paid per hour
• Accept a job without requiring a walkthrough (with the ability to renegotiate the job fee upon seeing the client’s home)

**This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a housecleaner registers with our company, we will begin to send them job referrals as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with us, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
