Responsibilities:
- Review customer-provided pictures and one-word sentences describing their handyman needs
- Provide accurate quotes for handyman projects based on the information provided
- Complete handyman projects to the satisfaction of the customer, if selected
- Provide top-quality repair and maintenance services in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience providing handyman services
- Possess a wide range of handyman skills, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Own necessary tools and equipment to complete handyman projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to reach customer locations
- Valid liability insurance
