This position is available to individuals that know of friends or family members seeking personal care services, individuals currently providing personal care services to their clients, or individuals with similar existing connections.

The mission of Honest First Personal Care Agency LLC is to provide quality and professional personal care services to patients and their families in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, improving their quality of life, encouraging their independence, and rewarding their caregivers for their hard work- benefitting everyone through compassionate care.

We are looking for individuals actively providing personal care services to their clients, or individuals that know of friends or family members in need of care, to join our team and provide personalized care to those in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, and ultimately helping to create a safe and comfortable environment for the individuals in their care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the ability to fill out and turn in required weekly charting forms competently and timely.

Hours worked for this position are dependent on the prescribed hours from the client's primary care physician, and therefore vary from client to client. Requirements for this position are to be of 16 years or older, and to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities for Personal Care Workers can include but are not limited to:

• Meal preparation/Cooking.
• Light Housekeeping.
• Dressing.
• Shaving.
• Nail care.
• Skin Care.
• Oral hygiene.
• Bathing and bathroom assistance.
• Transferring, positioning, and mobility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
