AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Paid BCBS health & dental, 401(k), paid holidays/vacation, and paid training and certifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through all phases of the steps of service
• Ensure company operating procedures are followed
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including profitability, car count, and ARO
• Following through on commitments to our customers and ensuring that all work is completed on time and done right the first time.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with various POS and automotive software applications
• Ability to lead and motivate the technicians to reach or exceed their goals
