Honda Powersports of Troy is looking to fill a sales position. We are looking for professional, team oriented, highly motivated individuals that are looking for a great 5 day work week with two consecutive days off every Sunday and Monday. We are a family owned and operated dealership that is recognized and respected in our industry. Sales experience is not necessary, but is a plus. We are looking for somebody that has a positive and professional attitude and a get-it-done mentality that wants to earn money.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Assisting customers to help them select the machine that fits their needs
• Following up with customers via a CRM
• Answering phone calls
• Completing manufacturer training
• Greeting customers in the dealership
• Follow a sales process
• Complete credit applications
• Must have a great attitude and enjoy having fun at work
• Helping other team members customers out

Qualifications

• Possess an upbeat, positive attitude, passionate about what they do, and thrives on being self motivated as well as an important part of a team.
• Be a Team Player
• Familiarity reading, comprehending and interpreting all Store Communications via OEM websites/emails, MAP Policies, modules, text platforms, etc.
• Possess strong computer acumen and attention to detail
• Proven ability and desire to establish engaging rapport with customers.
• Ability to work assigned schedule, Tuesday through Saturday in addition to the ability to work some nights/evenings and holidays as assigned.
• Familiarity with motorcycles, automotive and/or motorsports preferred.
• Powersports enthusiasts are a plus
• Motorcycle license must be acquired in 6 months of hire date or risk termination.
• Must have a professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
