A Los Angeles company is in need of a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information, assistance, or support related to the organization's services and programs. You will be fully trained on the company's processes and protocols. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.Assist new clients with the intake process and enter data into the systemProvide information about the organization's mission, programs, and services.Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, or requests for assistance.Respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels as needed.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the database.Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Uphold the organization's values and commitment to excellence in customer service.Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with callers.Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Commitment to the mission and values of our organization.Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
