Job Summary:
The Express Oil Technician at Honda of Fishers is a full-time individual contributor role in the automotive industry. This position is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer vehicles at our dealership in Fishers, Indiana. As an Express Oil Technician, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Honda vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks on Honda vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on customer vehicles, ensuring high-quality work and providing cost-effective solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Complete all repairs and maintenance services within designated time frames
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors, providing updates on vehicle status and recommendations for future maintenance needs
- Keep up to date with Honda training and certifications
- Flexibly assist in other areas of the dealership as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent education and training
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components, specifically Honda vehicles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own tools and equipment
