Honda of Burlington, part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group, is looking for the right candidate to join our growing team of talented Service Advisors. We are seeking a candidate with experience as a service advisor and a track record of exceptional customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Must be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate must possess talent, drive, energy, character, strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteouslyattitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to service technicians
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Offer additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of any issues
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Available Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Willing to work overtime or to come to work early if needed
• Current Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must meet our motor vehicle report standards and pass criminal background check
• Bi-Lingual a plus
