Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is a fast-paced dynamic place to work. We are looking for an energetic team member to expand our office team. We are seeking an experienced automotive office person to fill this position. If you have automotive experience and these qualifications please apply!

Duties:

• Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales and ensure required paperwork is accurate
• issue trade payoffs
• Create trade jackets
• Purchase vehicles into inventory
• Respond to and handle inquiries from sales management
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate accounting schedules
• Assist where needed for month end duties

Qualifications:

• Automotive experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
