Honda and Toyota of Seattle is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Seattle, WA

Honda and Toyota of Seattle are looking for a Payroll Administrator!We are seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
Payroll:
  • Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll and utilize internal systems to process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, commissions, rate changes, and pay adjustments.
  • Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks.
  • Act as the primary contact for all employee and manager inquiries related to payroll.
  • Manage and update PTO.
  • Prepare and distribute W-2s.
  • Submit and file all State and Federal payroll taxes.
  • Produce reports to upper management upon request.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.
Human Resources:
  • Create overtime reports.
  • Manage monthly birthday, anniversary, and welcome cards.
  • Handle employment verifications.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.
  • Work directly with HR Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes.
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Exhibits tact and proper judgment under pressure and in sensitive situations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook, and other applicable computer software.
  • An analytical mind with good math skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive team attitude.
