We're looking for a responsible and hardworking Maintenance Person to help keep our property in top shape. This individual will be responsible for general upkeep of the building, including working with employees to ensure that their workstations are set up properly and addressing any problems that arise during office hours. The successful candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting small problems and fixing maintenance issues on their own, but must also have experience working with service providers to fix larger problems. The Maintenance Person must be self-motivated, capable of taking direction and have an eye for detail.

• Work as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
