SUMMARY:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. We are looking for candidates with open availability and with reliable transportation. Shift begins 9A Monday-Friday, 10A Saturday-Sunday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sorts, counts, folds, marks, and carries linens
Cleans up to 18 guest rooms/day, including guest bathrooms and kitchen area, according to company and franchise standards
Cleans rooms in accordance to specific brand and company standards
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, bathroom supplies, and linen.
Deep cleans areas as directed by supervisor including, but not limited to cleaning rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies among others
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.
Hourly rate is based on previous experience/qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
