Full Time Scheduler/Recruiter

Fast growing, non-medical home care company is seeking a Scheduler/Recruiter to add to its administrative team, We offer competitive pay, opportunities to mature to a higher role and a great working environment.

Duties:

• · Coordinate daily scheduling of caregivers for clients, ensuring accuracy, accountability and appropriate client-caregiver match.
• · Maintain caregiver preferences and availability
• · Develops friendly, professional relationships with clients
• · Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all communications.
• · Meets with Intake Coordinator and Care Manager to review new admissions
• · Verify caregivers time for payroll
• · Provide regular reports to the Administrator and Alternate Administrator.
• · Participate in on-call rotation as assigned and maintain the on-call log
• · Analyze and document the scheduling process, developing solutions to enhance efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• · Two years proven scheduling and or Recruiting experience in home health care industry.
• · Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet all deadlines
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• · Strong organizational skills
• · Knowledge of office management systems
• · High School Diploma is required
• · College degree preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• On call
