Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
