With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship with a Heart

• Light Cooking and Cleaning

• Bathing, Grooming and Toileting

• Assistance with Ambulation 

Assistance with Medication Reminders 

• Transportation for appointments and errands

• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position 

• Must have the following:

Reliable transportation, current AZ Driver's License, current Automobile Insurance, current CPR Certification, Social Security Card, current TB Test, current Level 1 Fingerprint Card

• Must pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state) and drug test 

• Must possess excellent communication skills, be mature, caring, punctual and reliable, present a positive and professional business image • Must have a heart to help others
