Our organization is looking for a responsible Recruiter and Scheduler to help us provide the highest standard of healthcare to our clients. The ideal candidate will have atleast 1 year experience with recruiting . Any prior experience as a caregiver or in the home care industry is a plus. This position will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support of the agency, maintaining a pool of eligible caregivers and staffing of all client service hours. This position requires working with caregivers and potential clients. He/She will be serving as the agency liaison with caregivers to foster engagement and promote employee retention. We are looking for someone who can create a sense of community and connect with our caregivers on a personal level.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, providing information or routing the caller to the appropriate staff member
• Perform intake of service inquiries received via phone or email with the goal of providing solutions and setting up an in-person consultation/assessment for services.
• Continually recruit caregivers to maintain pool of eligible and available caregivers
• Process applications/employment inquiries.
• Conduct pre-screens and in-persons interviews with potential candidates; provide hiring recommendations.
• Schedule qualified candidates for orientation training subject to positive reference verification; provide new hire packet for candidates to complete and return at orientation; validate provided references.
• Schedule client shifts with eligible caregivers
• Maintain accurate schedules for clients in the agency’s CRM system

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate.
• Two years of related experience; business office environment, knowledge of Recruitment, scheduling and/or health care preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and be able to interact effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds with a strong customer service orientation.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills and follow-through and be comfortable utilizing various technologies and computer programs.
• Able to exercise initiative, problem solve and apply sound judgment.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Must present a positive and professional business image.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Travel requirements : Limited travel

Reports directly to Owner/President of HomeWell Care Services, Carrollton.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
